Hi.
if on a laptop hard drive it shows porn has been viewed but there is no saved porn or porn in my documents, my photo's, etc. do you think there is a chance customs would want to scan my hard drive and I could therefore get in trouble? |

They will first have to prove it that you were looking at it inside their country.
With a laptop you could have watched it in the plane, not illegal as far as i know. |

Korean customs have been REALLY cracking down on digital contraband lately. They have a device which just copies your whole hard drive which they then send away for analysis. This is usually completed after a cavity search and a thorough investigation of your belongings and activity in your home country.
Good luck! |

I watched some of my japanese porn collection on the ferry between Fukuoka and Busan. Had some DVD's in my bag too. Don't sweat it man! |

The border cops are all scientologists now. They hook you up to an e-meter and ask you personal questions about your viewing habits, and if you sweat or lie they'll blackmail you and make you watch tom cruise jump up and down on oprah's couch 'til you 'fess up or throw up or both. |

the good news is I am getting my hard drive reformatted which means it will be like a clean slate when I go to the airport on Thursday.
customs can eat the hard drive if it makes them happy |

dude.. a friend of mine went to korea with about 12 "tapes", the smart thing he did was the peel off the labels and replaces them with cheesy looking recordable tape labels, writing things like "ESL for beginners" or "Grammar as easy as 1-2-3" on them....no problem.
I think the only place I have heard people have trouble is with going to a place like Saudi Arabia.
Korea is one of the largest porn-producing countries in Asia, outside Japan, Thailand and the Philippines. |

Someone on another board (what, such things exist? I know, I was surprised too) said that all the snuff films he's ever known of were Korean. Sounds pretty weird if you ask me. Oh yeah. you didn't. I'll shut up now.
I thought this was the chewing tobacco thread. |

Porn Question
I see a porn category offered frequently called "MLF". It features slightly past prime age models. Does MLF stand for "Mother in Law Fantasy" or what? |
