There's one in the food court at the Mok-dong/Omokgyo Hyundai department store. I tried one, it was pretty good. Make sure you go during peak hours, though. I noticed that a few of them had been sitting around for a while.

What a bizarre concept. It looks an inordinate amount of dough; probably way too filling.

Actually, the crust is pretty thin. I'd say one cone is equivalent to two small slices of pizza. A meal for some, a snack for others.
