There are two sides to Daves...The first side, I like...loads of info, get some great advice, give some advice, read some great stories...this aspect is a funny and helpful place...

Then there is the other side....folks who get on here and call you a loser, geek, a dude who couldn't get any back home, a nobody in their natvie country who couldn't get a piece of a$$, people claiming to have pity for other people....My goodness, it never ends here! As it goes. I have no control over it...but you know what, it gets old and fast!

I joined, I got sucked into it and I was just as guilty at a time. But now I just sit back, try to get more involved in my community by using this site and have a laugh.

Maybe I am too old for this highschool he said she said crap, but for someone to say this or that about me based on my age, sex, native country and not even know me, well, i guess you can pi$$ off.

Go ahead, break down each paragraph, highlight what you want to critique, disagree with me, but in my honest opinion, it just makes you look like more of a tosser....

For those who are cool, and I know you are here, and I am sure you do too, thanks for being cool.

He's all hat no cattle. It's not like he's challenging us to go up against him in an online adult video talent competition, so the whole world could actually judge us based on our looks and skill with women. That's really the only true way to settle the debate.

but what debate? As far as I can tell the hottest babes are taken by korean men. end of debate, I guess.

as for the OP, from my POV, this site does exactly that to korean men every day. I suppose it's basically instinctual, put down the other guy to make yourelf look better.

no challenge, no debate, at all....I don't care. There are other threads where you can find a challenge or a tough guy typing argument.

I expect this thread to not last too long for that reason alone. Komerican, a number of folks on this site make a point to cut anyone up based on generic info. There are some classless profilers here...

How do people say things like this with a straight face?

What I mean is, you are doing exactly what you claim to dislike. It's time for you to take a long, hard look at yourself. Some meditation, introspection, perhaps hiatus from Dave's. I mean that with good intent.

I've been on a lot of message boards, but this one is still by far the most immature, squabbling one I've seen.

I didn't throw names out. I am not generically branding people. By calling some people here classless, you have a point, in that I am cutting people up and that is what I dislike. But I am not basing it on their background, but only on what they type.

I appreciate your advice, you seem like an honorable individual, but with that in mind, I have taken a hiatus from Daves in terms of posting. I have done self reflection as of late. Daves doesn't determine the mood in my day at all.

I do like to get on here, see what folks got to say...but then you get people just going way below the belt, and it is such a waste of energy.

You may not like how I see Daves, so I ask you Q, tell me different? What more does this site have to offer besides great stories/info and generic branding and insults? I'm serious...what more is there here? Anyone for that matter, could you tell me?

RACETRAITOR has just backed up what I am trying to say....

Much of what is written here is largely satirical, exaggerated and tongue in cheek. There is much misinterpretation. Some people take things to heart, but really at the end of the day, it's an internet forum not a dinner table.

I like it when Superfly gives the dog's POV.

If you're talking about famous Korean women, then you have to take into consideration that their handlers prevent them from dating or marrying a non-Korean. It would be career suicide.

I've seen much worse (try pure political boards). This one at least provides helpful information. I hope to think that I stay away from talkin' trash on the net, but who knows -- maybe I was drunk and posting, or feeling angry or blue. It happens. Some folks never snap out of their funk and so have a dour or nasty online personality.

If the OP is serious, he should simply refrain from the behavior he condems. Man in the mirror, all that crap. Even this thread is part of what he is condemning, in one sense. It's not really helping anyone, nor is it amusing anyone --except for the bit about the dog leash. That was friggin' brilliant.

Regardless, you did have names in mind. Come on, now..

I don't know, bro.. what more do you expect? This is a message board. Think of the possibilities that a message board contains, and basically this one fills them all. Like you, I am also disillusioned by this site of late, but for different reasons.
