I was having a good time at the Lotus Lantern Festival, and then went on over to Insa-dong for more browsing. I then see scantily clad Koreans dressed in see-through white holding signs for "Rael," or the founder of the Raelian Church or something. The guys looked gay but I didn't mind seeing a few of the girls, since a few of their racks were on display for all to see.
And for some strange reason, the Wikipedia entry for the Raelian Church has many photos of followers in Korea.

I've seen them in Seoul too.
I lived with a hysterical Raelian for 2 years in university. The stories I have are so good...I can't type them out here but I'll buy you a beer sometime. Bring a change of clothes because you'll piss your pants laughing. Not kidding. 
Heh...honestly...after all the Scientology threads I think they're far more sane...and that's saying a lot. |

The Raellians have a HQ just down the street from Insadong, maybe 5 minutes from Anguk station. |

Korea has one of the highest rates of scammers in everything. So, it follows that it "religious leaders" are mostly crooks, too, eh.
I hate to admit that I have met only a few Koreans that I can trust.
God, please change this corrupt people.
I apologize in advance for being open about my conclusions about Koreans.

| I'm surprised none of us ESL teachers have started a cult here yet. Since teaching multiple jobs would violate our E-2 visas, starting a cult to make money seems like a viable alternative, especially when one looks at some of the cults thriving here. |

Checked out the Wiki site on the Raelian Church something seemed fishy with the pics of women with their swingers hanging out.
It looks like these "women" may have, now or in the past, penises- johnsons, willies, one-eyed trouser snakes.
I don't see the local authorities standing by while real Korean girls have their knockers on display in public.
For some reason they seem to have no problem with lady boys doing it. |
