|
|
As it turns out, I will have my vacation in mid-July (I'm not thrilled with this schedule, but I have no choice). I would like to take a trip to some country in SE Asia, like Philippines or Thailand, but I'm wondering if it could be raining too much in these countries in July to make it worthwhile.
1) Is there any SE Asian country that doesn't experience the monsoon season at that time (long-shot question which I must ask)?
2) If you had to choose just one place to visit in all of SE Asia, in terms of a) most important: beautiful nature----beaches (primary) & rainforest/jungle (secondary) b) next important: good opportunities for relaxation and c) least important: sightseeing, which place would you choose? Would you go there in the middle of July?
3) In short, what might be the best way to approach my vacation planning with the circumstances and criteria I have?
Thank you for your help. |

Malaysia and Indonesia both have their general dry seasons during that time. |
