On May 26th The Forty Days, St. John The Gambler and The Funk Ups are
playing a benefit concert for the Korean Women's Hotline. The event
will take place at Club Ta in Hongdae at 10pm.

There will also be baked goods for sale and goodwill 'o' plenty.

Tickets are 10,000 won and are available in advance (see contact info below) or at the door.

Proceeds will go to help fund the building of a badly needed new
women's shelter. The new shelter will allow more children to stay with
their moms...a great cause indeed!

The ringmaster of said event is Mr. George Bozanich from The Forty Days. He can be contacted at [email protected] for more information or to arrange to purchase tickets.

You can also feel free to contact (me) Adam Caruana at 010-3184-8354 or [email protected] to purchase tickets or to ask any questions.

We really hope to have a strong turnout in order to hand over as much $$ as possible to the hotline. As you can imagine a project like this requires a pile of cash to get off the ground. Donations are also accepted ...perhaps purchase a ticket even if you can't attend?

Thank you for your consideration....

Choose this forum. It gets more traffic.

Looks like a good concert and a good cause. Certainly better than another "Crazy happy superfun English networking event."

What parts of ISSAN have you been to? I have spent a fair amount of time up near the Udon Thani-Sakkon Nakkon area. Great place, great people and wonderful food....
