Wow - how emblematic that the symbol of England's past glory should be torched by scum at home. I can still remember rounding it at the 1999 Flora London Marathon. What an irreplaceable waste.
They really should have donated it to the Smithsonian Institution. That would have been much more realistic in symbollic terms. |

However, I thought I heard on CNN this morning that it was going through some restoration...and officials thought that the ship would be able to be restorted (still) to its former glory.
