Maybe because I was responding to the OP and not you you self-centred gay ass.
Besides you of all people should know that "God" intended to take his life for good reasons. So come come do not despair for "God" has good plans for that poor kid. |

Maybe you need to stop assuming that everyone is responding to you religious freak.
I have nothing against gay people but it seems you might have some issues about it. Why can't gay people be married? |

I got a translation done. If anyone would like to give their students the chance to do it, here's the translation from the English:
This little boy's name is Shane. He lives in Canada. Shane is very sick. For his birthday, Shane wants people from all over the world to send him birthday cards. Please help Shane by making him a card. Thank you.
*This is not homework. Only do this if you want to.
Here's the proof that it's legit: http://www.snopes.com/inboxer/medical/bernier.asp. |

Why not instead of sending cards to this unfortunate kid, estimate how much the postage would cost and give it to cancer research/care. My mom works as a cancer nurse(she looks after people for their last few nights/weeks) and it really is a worthy cause. Not to be callous but this really is a better place to focus energy.
That snopes link isn't working. |

I agree. I just lost my dad to cancer. Cancer is evil.
I'd rather dedicate my time to volunteer work or helping out cancer research or something more effective than making one child happy. Kids should never get cancer... It's so sad.
There are some great volunteer groups back in the world; I'm not sure about Korea. I wonder if anything can be done online. |

True that donating the postage equivalent would be more helpful for cancer patients. Although I bet a case like Shane's results in more donations for cancer research.
If this link doesn't work http://www.snopes.com/inboxer/medical/bernier.asp, try searching for "Shane Bernier" on the snopes website.
I'll take the philantrophy prize as long as there's some cash that comes with it. I promise it'll go to a worthy cause. |
