This message goes out to those people who see a post, and respond to it with useless info or jokes.
If someone puts up a serious inquiry, most likely they don't want to waste their time reading your dumb shit.
I asked a person who had posted some wise-ass comment why they would do this, and they said it was just a joke. Well, yeah I understand that, but did it ever occur to you that people don't have the time or interest to read you express your wittiness?! If you really think you're funny, go meet your friends and whoop it up! If all you have is this computer thing, go to a chat page and write funny stuff.
So, I'm going to suggest that if you don't have anything productive to write, don't bother.
Also, THANK YOU to all the people who reply to these posts with useful info or even encouragement.

Did it ever occur to you, that people like me don't care if people like you don't have the time, or interest, to read our wittiness?
We have the time, and the interest to write it.
We take the time to read your useless nancing, and insipid questions (that could almost always be answered by google), so that we can write something witty. Talk about an inconsiderate asshole. |

| All the Internets I've used in the US (5 different cable connections) the past 6 weeks have been terrible. I'm constantly unplugging the modems on them because the connections fart out after ten minutes of trying to download something. The download rate is decent, but reliability trumps speed any day. Harumph. |

You can say it's moronic or whiny, but most of the time it's you guys (specifially you) that write dumb shit. I may be the only person to bother writing about it, but believe that other people don't like it either when they are trying to solve a problem.
Why don't you get off the computer and meet some people?

ps Yeah for sure it's good to read funny stuff, I'm not saying that people should stop having fun and writing jokes (I like that Superman one), but do it in a funny place and stop being an asshole. |
