I want to build a computer. The problem is, I gotta buy it using my credit card so I can split the bill over 3 months no interest. Cash isn't an option so that crosses out a trip to Yongsan.

So, what should I do? Should I go on Danawa, find the best prices for all the components and buy it from multiple sellers? Is there a single website where I could just order all the parts and get it shipped in one box (ie Newegg.com)?

I know what parts I want to get already. The problem now is where do I go and buy them from that takes credit (3 payments no interest).

That would be just fine. The online prices are usually better than the in-store prices. If anything doesn't work then you can't bring it back to the seller. They will tell you to f-off to the A/s center. You should bring it to the A/S center of the manufacturer. Buying in-store is not a real advantage.

Digiworks DDR2 6400 2 X 1GB sticks

450 watt Power Supply
19" wide screen Samsung 199BW monitor

I already have the processor (AMD X2 4200+) and the hard drives (Seagate Barracuda SATA2 250GB 7200RPM)

700,000 won seems awfully steep. Could it be due to the LCD price? Minus the LCD, is ~500,000 won a good price for that setup?

Don't waste your money on that zalman garbage. Just stick with the stock heatsink.

no stock heat sink. I just have the processor and I need something to cool it. Zalman is the only name/brand that I trust on these online sites.

I'm not going to overclock my processor. I just need something to cool it that will be quiet. Zalman always gets rave reviews from multiple hardware review sites, so thats why I am going with them.

Wrong. Very wrong.

The Zalman heatsink fan will keep your temps down much better than the stock heatsink. I know because I went from a stock Intel heatsink to a Zalman 9500. And just about every user on the web will agree with me. Wrench, you're in a minority of one.

Zalman equals cooler and quieter. That's a fact.

If your going to spend money on a after market heatsink spend it on a descent one.

If your gone get a heatsink spend 50 bucks and buy NUVOTecha Tuniq TOWER 120 (even thermalright are great heatsinks)which is considered as one of the best if not the best heatsinks outthere. Its quiet it uses standard fans which useless zalman doesn't so if your fan fails you have to purchase a new heatsink half the time. Just because Zalman is semi cheap here its because its made in Korea. I owned a zalman before its performance is not great past a stock heatsink, they are not worth it. If you want comparisons google Tuniq Tower and google a Zalman heatsink. Or go to xtremesystems.org/forums/
Do a search there or browse Air cooling.

Numbers speak for themselves.. Don't get suckered into buying garbage thats minimally better then a stock heatsink. Its not worth the money.

$50 for a heatsink is too much. If I were going to be overclocking then I would easily pay the $50.

However, I'm only going to be using this computer for 8 months. I just need a desktop to hold me over til my contract is over. Once I go back to the US, I'll drop $2000 on a beast system complete with DangerDen watercooling.

I don't even want to spend $30. I would be happy with a $15 heatsink. I hate loud computers. My old AMD 1800+ had this annoying fan on the heatsink. Everynow and then it will make pulsating noise that would keep me up at night.

None of the 10,000-15,000 won heatsinks/fans on Danawa or gmarket looked familiar so I would rather spend the extra on something that has been thoroughly reviewed over the internet.

You're talking about extreme overclockers there. No one is saying the Zalman heatsinks are the best out there. Scythe and others make real high-end heatsinks, no doubt. But for 40,000 won the Zalman will take your temps down well below the stock heatsink and be quieter into the bargain. Maybe not good enough for an extreme overclocker but great for the OP here.

And that one Wrench listed, while looking like a great cooler, looks like a somewhat of a bitch to install.
