| as a foreigner you can only do it through a proxy registrar as I understand it and that will cost a couple hundred dollars. I could be wrong, but that's what I learned when I researched it about 18 months ago. |

| get a Korean to register it for you. Of course, you need to have it in writing that it is your domain in case any problems arise. |
