So I've been working for 2.5 months roughly, and haven't heard a peep about getting a medical check done. I've seen other posts about needing to get it done to work, but I'm past that stage. I signed a medical waver from my recruiter when I was living in China, and that was okay to get me started, but what about now?

I don't give a crap about getting it done, but is it something I need to mention?

Does it change the state of my contract if something happens related to work and I haven't had the med. check?

Should I just get one done and take the results to the school?

Don't do anything until they say something. I've been here since October and no one has said anything to me about it. They also have not mentioned a background check. Just go with the flow. -Jeff

Don't sweat it. I have been here for YEARS and they haven't asked for either one yet.
