Go to the Jongno 3-ga subway stop, leave by exit 1 and start walking west. After 5 minutes or so, you'll get to a big intersection. You'll know it by the Burger King on the southeast corner. At this intersection turn left. There'll be an elevated building up ahead where the street runs right under it. This is the Nakwon musical instrument arcade. The theatre is on the top (4th) floor of that building. |

The website has little E's in circles to indicate English subtitles. Knowing Korea that could mean the exact opposite. |

You are talking about Jonggak station.
It's easiest to go to Jongno 3 ga and take exit 5.
When you get to the surface look to your right and you will see Nagwon Arcade - 낙원상가 written in Korean on the building.
Cross the street and walk down the side of the Nagwon Arcade building till you see a set of stairs. They look kind of old and broken, but that is the entrance. Take the stairs to the 4th floor and when you get to the 4th floor, you will know when you are there because there are rooms on either side numbered 413 etc, walk straight along the corridor to the end and you will see the entrance to the cinema straight infront of you.
Here is a link to directions to the place:

If you click my link and scroll down you can see the film titles in English and Korean.
Check this link for a description of what each film is about!

Or it may mean that they have English subtitles, but you can't read them because they put the Korean subtitles right on top of them.
Good point, will check that out.
