thanks for all the helpful, and not so helpful, advice. I understand some of you may have been weary, but it was in great shape and sold for a great price.
I don't know the deal with KHS and Freeagent, but it's a KHS bike in Canada, and looks the same. If you want to criticize, be my guest, but you should have come and had a look cause one guy did and I hope he is happy with his new bike.
By the way, I'm still in Korea!

Ah, just one more thing. Wanga said the ad said the bike had dics brakes, but look carefully, where do you see it? Linear pull means the brakes are not disc, but maybe you were confused about the hubs, which are disc ready, meaning they can accept disc brakes. This means you can buy disc brakes without having to buy new wheels. Sorry if this caused any confusion, and sorry I replied to this so late. This was my girlfriend's bike, so I never checked the ad, that was her deal.
Anyway, all is done now. I've learned a lesson for next time.

No, I didn't say "the bike had disc brakes" - I said:

The OP's spec includes discs.

And don't bitch at me - I thought it looked OK at first, and said so. If you've sold it for close to your price, well done.

And I was looking for a new bike - and am.
