During the day, I can't go to Itaewon without eating delicious food at any number of places.
At night, I can't go to Itaewon without feeling like I'm in some sort of hellish colonial nightmare. |

I think of it as a foreigner security blanket, but that's an even better description of a lot of the attitudes I see coming out of the "Yay! Itaewon!" crowd.
It's just another place to go in a city full of them. |
