I have been looking everywhere for South Korean field guides and/or plant/flower/tree identification books in English. What the Book does not have any and neither does amazon.com. I have looked in the bigger chain bookstores in COEX and Gangnam. I am looking for a pocket sized one, preferably, for when I am hiking. Any ideas where to get one? Thanks! |

I think you'll be a bit more successful if you look for Asian field guides, not specifically South Korean... amazon.com has at least a bird one (Birds of Southeast Asia- Robson) and a tropical plants one (A Field Guide to Tropical Plants of Asia- Engel & Phummai)... "Southeast Asia field guide" gave a few options... it's definitely not the same as getting a north american guide! |
