Oh, for straight vulgarity, nobody does it quite like the Dice Man... Andrew "Dice" Clay. Sawhim perform at an Indian casino about 10 years ago, I think... You either like it or don't. |

My favourite comedian is Eddie Izzard. Other fellas are Vic Reeves, Steve Coogan and the Monty Python crew. |

Top 3 actually they're tied for top favorite. The other comedians I have on the Ipod are the guys from Blue Collar Comedy tour--Jeff Foxworthy, and Bill Engvall. I like Ron White as well but can't stand Larry the Cable Guy. The last 3 aren't in the same category as the first three but they are funny.
Gallagher is also good...but you have to be in the mood for physical/prop comedy. He doesn't lend well to sound files like the rest do. You have to watch him for a lot of the jokes/bits. Saw him perform once at the State Fair, wasn't close enough to be hit by debris but was entertaining. |

I like Mitch Hedberg's rythm. His rythm is very similar to Rodney Dangerfield's. His jokes are usually all over the place. No long storys, just quick funny tidbits. Too bad he is dead. . He was a good comedian that didn't need to build-up to get good laughs. He thought outside the box and delievered some off the wall creative material. Drugs do good things for people. He also didn't have to rely on vulgarity and shock humor to get a laugh. Truely a comic genius. |

I don't think Steve Martin's been mentioned yet. His early albums Let's Get Small and A Wild and Crazy Guy are great. The Jerk's a classic. |

I am so happy to see that no one mentioned Dane Cook. Overrated to the extreme. |

You how when you put a stick in a pool of water and it looks bent--but really isn't? That's why I never bathe.
You know that feeling you get when your chair nearly falls backwads; I feel like that all the time.
Two lines from Steven Wright; he cracks me up.
George Carlin is one of the greatest and his new stuff is funny as hell. I like the satire he ofertimes delves in.
Johhny Carson is a legend.
Bill Cosby has a uniqe style of comedic story telling that's very good.
Chris Rock is funny as hell.
But Robin Williams is an absolute comic genious as was Richard Pryor. |

My favourite comedian is that guy who sometimes stands on the corner of Yonge and Bloor in Toronto with a sign on his back, and he warns people of the impending apocalypse.
What a barrel of monkeys that guy is. |
