| Why are some of you giving free legal advice to this poster? Some of you aren't even Americans who are doing this. She needs to go see a good lawyer, but maybe she's too cheap. Well, you get what you pay for! |

| Ah real estate law -- the most boring of em all. Best thing to do is take your contract to a lawyer who didnt fall asleep during that class in law school. No one on Dave's is likely to know the answer -- even people who were former lawyers -- because we cant see your contract and chances are we dont have access to any kind of data base with statutes and common law that would guide your situation. God, dont you have anyone there in Texas you can ask? |
