Does anybody regulate worknplay from shady recruiters?

Every day i see Cindy Park @ goodenglish spamming the job list. She uses fake company names to bypass her posting limitations.

Company names such as APPLYNOW, CATCHIT, niceposition, Right Job, goodchoice, APPLYHERE, goodenglish, and Cooljob are used daily.

To make things worse the jobs are usually of the utmost cr�p. (10 hour days for 2.1)
