Does anybody know where the best place to go to exchange Korean won to US dollars? I will be going back home for a week, so I need to get the most dollars as possible. Should I go to the local bank (I belong to Woori or KB) or should I do it at the airport? Who has the best rates?

| Neither. Go to one of the independent shops on the street. Check bank rates and xe.com, then find a local indy guy with the best offer. Usually, they beat the banks. |

Black markets better. Those Ajumas and Halmonies (sp?) at Namdaemun.
But it is illegal. |

Never do it at an airport! The worst rates anywhere are at airports. Unless you use an ATM. |
