Can this be done? I'm changing schools but remaining within the GEPIK system. If I use the last week of my current contract as vacation, can I get my NEW visa for my NEW job while I'm at home? I'm hoping to go home with my 'end of contract' ticket and have my new school pay for my ticket back to Korea. Has anyone done this? Can it be done?

| are you transfering to another GEPIK school? If so, then you might only need to transfer your E2 to the new school...If you are going to a school under different guidelines than GEPIK then you can certainly apply for your new visa while at home...The difference is the transfer can take place at your local immigration office here in Korea, but the other requires you to be out of country... |
