WHo thinks it would be a good idea to have nominations for a Most Valuable Poster who has contributed the most to discussions in a constructive way and helped people out.

It could be an annual award or bi-annual and based on votes from members.

It might even help to cut down on flaming??^^

Woland - He doesn't partake in the nutty topics here nor does he flame anyone. As a matter of fact, he helps anyone and everyone when it comes to questions regarding syntax.

Real Reality - Always provides some really good links and information regarding the topic at hand. Doesn't get involved in the nitty nanny that goes on here; just posts up FACTS.

You'd probably want to divide into MVPs of the different sub-forums. There are some great posters who only post in one or maybe two sub-forums, especially in the job discussion forum.

my nominations would be:
job-woland
general-jognoguru
offtopic-mithrades
travel- ttompatz
current events-mindmetoo
technology- cubanlord

Well, I'm a very irregular poster but I am a frequent reader on this forum. I've got to jump on the ttompatz bandwagon.......posts are chalk full of good info and thoughtful judgement.
