I finally found the antacids here. They don't come in chalky tablets, but rather chalky liquids in little packets. They also have Rantidine, in various brands but smaller dosages than in the US. Strangely enough, Rantadine didn't cut it for me before I came back to Korea.

Yes, I know what you mean. I believe they are called Milk of magnesia? Unless they are different things!
My doctor gave me those for heartburn when I was pregnant but they didn't really do anything... |

| Not where I live. We don't all live in Seoul and when I go to Seoul I don't want to spend my time trying to find deodorant that's going to cost me a lot of money. I could do that now but right after I got here? Throw six bottles in your luggage and if I'm wrong then you can buy it when those run out. |
Where do you live? I live in Daejeon and yesterday when I popped into Emart yesterday adn they had a whole separate cabinet for deodorant. Granted, only Rexena and Nivea but still they are there, along with sunscreens. There was an offer on where you buy a full size Rexena roll on and you get a small one that you can just pop in your handbag or in your pocket for when you are out and about and need a touch up. 5,000 won. Definitely more than back home where you can get three for 1.99 during promotion but there are other things that are much cheaper here than back home, too, and it all evens out in the end. |
