All 3 wins by 1 goal and in the 3rd period. Sure, Detroit would have raped them. The only thing getting raped is you willingly in the shower playing "oops I dropped the soap" you and Hasuk. |
all of the wins were won by the ONLY team scoring in the 3rd period. what's your point? a loss is still a loss if it's by 1 goal or by 5. |
Well if a team gets "raped" in sports, it means they got killed, slaughtered, hammered...which means getting beat more than 1 goal late in the 3rd (except for game 4 which was early in the third)
A loss is a loss but a rape is by much more than 1 goal. Please don't waste my time with your stupid questions next time. |

Detroit sucks and I'm glad they are out. Mind you, I am a Washington Crapitals fan so...uhhh....I got nothing.
Mind you their farm team is going for a second straight Calder cup. Go Bears! |

| My point was about the rape comment not commenting on whether a loss was loss. Maybe you should read the posts before commenting. |

I retract my statement. If the Sens play like they have been playing since late December and the first 3 rounds of the playoffs they can beat Anaheim. I'm not going to abandon my team. Anaheim is a good team but if the Sens play the way they can play they can beat the Ducks 3 games in a row. Screw you, Hasuk loving Uranus.
Let's go duck hunting!

End of the 1st period. Anaheim 2, Ottawa 0.
I'll reiterate myself, because some of you don't seem to have a clue:

This, my friends, is what is known in the sporting world as a five game sweep.
Ottawa is being raped.
Detroit would have been more brutal. Their defense is better, and so is their offense. |

Emery scores!!!
What a great goalie! Put it in his own net, when his team was only down by 1 and rallying!
Yay!
Anaheim 3, Ottawa 1.
..and Anaheim's going to a power play.
"veteran leadership"
...Alfredson scores short handed! Great play...
But Anaheim scores less than a minute later. 4-2 Ducks. w00t. |

The ducks better send out thank you cards after this one. Sens dominating the game but put 2 in their own net, another gift when the duck player comes out of the box.
Still a period to go, if they can just focus on putting the puck in the ducks net instead of their own. |

4 months left: Why do you keep putting faith in a team that's done nothing but disappoint in the playoffs?
I guess they're the logical choice to win. They have the talent and the physicality. It seems what they're missing is heart, and that starts at the leadership. I've always thought Alfie to be a degenerate, but seeing him shooting the puck at Niedermayer was disgusting from someone wearing the 'C'. |

Are you fucking serious? They have 11 shots on net...Anaheim is winning 5-3, and just completely killing them on hits, and off boards.
Is this the first time you've ever watched hockey?

4 months left, I kind of lost repect for you when you abandoned your team for a few hours. You've got to stick with your chosen team, no matter how dire the situation is... Leafs fans are true die hards. I suspect Ottawa is your 2nd team? What team did you grow up supporting?
For me the Flames is the only team I truly care about. I may cheer for another team, but I can't truly support another team. |
