Does anyone know of any foreign goods markets that have creatine and other supplements?
I went to Namdemun today and looked around but the guy that I bought from before has left. |

hey mate,
I get mine at namdaemun market. when you get off the subway and come out the exit turn right and walk down the hill. there are stores on the right. when you see a set off stairs going down if u go down there you will see lots and lots of suppliment sellers. |

| Better off getting it through the mail if you don't have a car. |

You should also check out speedns.com
Website is mostly Korean, but click on the links to the left to browse each category. You'll need a Korean (Or someone who can read Korean) to do the order.
Orders over 400,000 Won are free to ship. Anything under that costs 10,000 Won. |

Thanks for those websites.
I do some fairly extreme running, and in the summer I really need mineral supplementation. (35c + 3 hr mountain run = depletion)
I have been going to Namdaemun (there is one centrally located sub-market that has a lot of dealers), but I haven't found a complete selection. These online places will come in handy! I'd really like to find someone selling glyconutrients. |

| I'm glad to see those sites have protein bars. Do you know of any other sites that have protein bars? |

Yes... but it seems you need a Korean friend to help you around the site (if you can't read Korean) and, more importantly, register and order.
Unless I'm missing something... |

Has anyone used the aforementioned sites recently? How was your order? Did everything ship out ok?
The Korean gov't has been bashing and blocking them lately, but I think that is just to help the local economy and not because the companies are not good. |

Yea if anyone knows a site in Korea where you can order this stuff yourself without needing someone else's id, please let us know.
By the way, Costco has Weider whey for W33k for a kg. I got 2.2kg of some American stuff in Namdaemun for W30k. |
