Have you noticed some schools string up barbed wire? Anyone else look at that and think "lawsuit!" (and "hope kids get a tetanus shot here")? Although I've never seen some idiot kid dangling by his sweater... |

| It's common. It keeps kids from sneaking out and smoking. It also keeps all the pesky, child-abducting foreigners out (according to recent Korean TV programs). |
