|
|
I just over heard and saw senior teacher just screaming and beating the crap out of several students who were trying to organized a huge brawl between our school students and neighboring school students.
Couple of teachers were just screaming and beating the crap out of them.
Afterwards, the senior teacher took the entire male students from grade six out in the field and had them run around the track 10 times.
Is this kind of crap (brawl between school) common in Korean schools? |

Was common in Thailand.
Bloody animals they were.
Hunted each other in packs.
I have a camera phone video of some Thai school girls fighting somewhere. Absolutely beating the shite out of each other |

Yes!! I taught at a high school where this was the case. They are nothing more than belligerent youth gangs, basically similar to the youth fighting gangs in Japan. The "boss" of one particular gang (a former brilliant student of mine) controlled 200 "foot soldiers." He controlled guys from several high schools in the area, and they would get together and organize brawls against other high school "bosses" for dominance. |

| It's not that atypical in American schools either. Most American schools have a "rival school." Depending on the rivalry, it tends to revolve around stupid pranks to the other school's football field/mascot/whatever. But sometimes they get violent. It's what I would necessarily call a "brawl" but violence definitely does break out. |

I'm from Canada, and I remember 3 brawls my school was involved in during my time there. Each one was organized to happen AFTER the football game, win or lose. |
