Will it be easier to obtain my F4 visa (yes I am eligible for one) in Seoul? Or should I apply for it here in Los Angeles before I leave?
Thanks! |

| I would get it done in the US. The main reason being its easier for you to get the documents you need from there than here. Imagine coming all the way to Korea and they ask you for paperwork that's still in the US. Also, you'll have better luck speaking to the Korean Consulate in English. If you are lucky, you might find someone at Immigration in Korea that speaks English, but I wouldn't count on nit. |

pkang0202, would the Korean Consulate here in LA also help me in obtaining a copy of my family registry (hojok)? Thanks. |
