I gotta admit, that's what I was going to say too. No matter how many crappy things she's said in interviews, no matter how mindblowing arrogant and vaccuous she is, and no matter how much she used to annoy me... I don't know, seeing the human side finally come out of her actually sparked the opposite reaction in me than I expected (because I was expecting to sorta enjoy it 'til I saw the pics). I still think she shouldn't have been let out and that the judge did the right thing by sending her back, and I know she brought it upon herself and all, but still... She just looks so effin' sad. I guess I'm a sucker for tears or something. Anyways, hopefully she can better herself with it and not just use it for another attention hoor publicity stunt. |

I really feel no pity for her. Think of the millions of Americans who go to prison and aren't let out on their third day just because they won't stop crying.
Maybe the original charges really weren't all that much and worth stuffing her in prison, but letting her out is such a big travesty of the law that she needs to go back, and every American should be watching to make sure she serves her time like they would. |

No, or no one would serve time, LOL. But in this case, the Sheriff has been advised that she may be on the verge of a mental breakdown.
Like most people, I was surprised when I saw that she'd been reassigned to house arrest as I wanted to see her complete her sentence. But when someone is in a fragile mental state, the authorities have to behave responsibly.
I'm usually a law & order kind of guy, so I'm amazed I'm saying this...I think the judge is being way too hard on her, based on the "crime." |

What's the big deal about this? For God's sake, it's not like she's going to jail for 45 months. She's going in for 45 days! That's 6 friggin weeks! I've never been to jail so I don't know how bad it really is but, come on, anybody can survive anything for 6 lousy weeks . |
Actually, less. She'll get credited for time served and she'll get one day they knocked off her sentence for day for ever four of good conduct. She could be home in less than a month. |

Forget the sentence, by returning her to jail the judge made the wise decision to not be an enabler like so many people she surrounds herself with. |

You do the time, you pay the time. If it was a man who pulled the same shit as Paris, you wouldn't have bothered to make that useless statement....
Some of you guys are incredibly mean. He's just a boy. Somehow I don't see that sentence flying across your screen anytime soon for any stupid man dumb enough to drive while under the influence and then drive with a suspended license, not one but twice! And on top of that, have the money to pay someone else to drive for them....
Sorry...Male or Female....NO PITY |

Hahaha! Im so glad she got her ass slung back in jail. And for the full 45 days, no half measures
There was a photo of her published in the tabloids driving (while on her cellphone) following her conviction. If anyone has any hint of sympathy then it would surely evaporate having seeing that. She has no respect for the law and believes (often quite rightly) that she can buy her way out of trouble. |

| People like the OP deserve a mighty slap for giving this no-talent, shoite-for-brains, herpes-ridden ho the oxygen she craves; namely publicity. |

You don't even know me.
I posted this because I found it unjust and wrong that she was released from prison. There is nothing to be criticized when a citizen speaks out against injustice in his or her own country. It is not about giving a celebrity publicity, it is about my country's legal system. |
