You are buying the MP3 player, headphones, and a mini-USB cable to plug it into your computer. You don't need any software for it. The songs are drag and drop music from your computer.

There is a very small cosmetic scratch on the face of it. On a regular duracell AA battery, I get about 35-40 hours of playback.

FM radio built-in, voice recorder, plus a whole slew of other options. This is the 2GB model. I'm buying the 4GB iPod nano so I don't need 2 MP3 players.

This does everything the website says it does. there's no difference between 2006 and 2007 G3. I thought the 2007 model had new features but it doesn't.

Its still available for sale. It does come with headphones. The line-in recording is awesome. Just plug anything into it and press record, it'll record it directly to MP3 format.
