i'm going on a short vacation in a couple of weeks and need to get a multiple re-entry visa. My flight is at 10am on a Saturday. Can I get it at the airport? Or the City Air Terminal at Samseong? Cost?

Multiples only at Mokdong Immi. Single re-entry at airport, maybe COEX, for W30,000.

You can get a single re-entry permit at the airport. The cost is 30k won each time you get one and it takes about 15-30 minutes. You can do this as many times as you need to (1 for for each departure from Korea before you leave.)

The office is located down a hallway along the back wall of the departures area (before you go through security) behind counter row "F".

If you want a multi re-entry permit you have to get it from the same immigration office that issued your ARC. The cost is 50k won and it takes about 30 minutes AFTER you hand in the application.

Remember to take your ARC and passport to the immigration office.

Try here:

http://www.g4f.go.kr/

It appears you can get one online. I've had a few emails back saying "congratulations" and that I have a visa but I haven't had it confirmed by a real, live person.

If anyone's used this online facility before, did it work?

I'm on a British passport so I don't have to pay. (as far as I know...)

British nationals don't need a multi-entry. A trip to the immigration office at the airport when you leave the country is all you need to do.
