That link is busted. Judging from shaky use of definite articles, it's probably just a sh*t translation.

The page you showed isn't working for me either. Don't know why, maybe my school computer server or something.

Either way, what's with the RR post? Normally you're pretty quick with a judgement or an opinion, so it's hard to understand what's your point.
