I don't understand why this international atm card is such an issue on this site either. I have used my KB card in Thailand, Indo and Japan and my sister takes money out of my Hana Bank account every month with one of the 2 Visa Plus International debit cards they gave me when I applied for that account in February of this year. Not that difficult.

Shinhan Bank refused to give me an international bank card today. That's why it's an issue. Congratulations on not having this problem. I showed them the printout and everything. "bank policy"

really, wtf?
