i was at a dr the other day and received a presription for vicodin (hydrocodone). when i went the the pharmacy located below his office they said they couldnt get it...that they were too small a place.
i then went to a hospitol in the area. (and the didnt use that medication)
my question is.....does anyone know if vicodin, or a generic of the pain med is available here in korea? im located in ulsan, and wonering if im just a little too outside of a "major" city.
if this medication is not available does anyone know what stronger medication is available? and by stronger i mean stronger then tylenol, aspirin, tramadol.
thanks in advance for any responses.
and i have done a search on this site for the answer. but i couldnt find one.
thanks again.

Ask them to order it in... I find it odd that they didn't offer to.
I used to have to get the pharmacies in my area to call in and order my old prescription for me pretty much everytime I went to get it filled. They called and had it sent to the pharmacy. They'd call me when it came in (usually within 3 days) and I'd go pick it up. |

| This is not a bad problem....go back to the Dr and tell him/her that the pharmacy does not carry that and to give you something else. Have the Dr call the pharmacy. Or, have the pharmacy call the Dr. |
