is there a bridge crossing the han river thats bike friendly? ideally near apgujeong or kangnam.

You can cross at the Panp'o bridge from the bike trails (on the bottom level, not the elevated part). It's the next bridge west of Hannam bridge. And I'm not 100% sure, but I think there's a gaurded sidewalk going across the Hannam.

I see sidewalks, bikes and pedestrians on a few of the bridges. I just don't remember which ones.

Seogang bridge out of Sinchon towards Yeouido is pretty pedestrian friendly. Not sure about the others.

The Olympicgyo (Cheonho) goes straight from the street up to the sidewalk that crosses the bridge. I don't know what happens on the other side, but the south side of the bridge is decent.

Seongsu bridge running from Apku to Seoul Forest has sidewalks you can bike on
