Multitasking means one person doing many things.

What you described is two people doing (or failing to do) one thing.

Can Koreans fracti-task?

I don't know if Koreans can multi-task but visitors to Korea are adept at generalizing about the entire population based on experiences with just a few. I've done the same thing before so I understand the urge but I think Koreans are at least as complicated and contradictory as we are.

Ajummas can walk and chew gum at the same time. Plus make that horrible cracking noise. *Ugh* I suppose that's a form of multitasking. Razz

Now the OP has to ask if Koreans can multi-task. Lemme see if I can multi-task. Hmm, I'm listening to music, talking to someone on MSN, drinking juice and writing this right now. Is this multi-tasking? Laughing Ah, I don't feel very good when I tackle the obvious when the OP's not so evil and just wants to vent out though, haha.

How are you drinking juice and typing at the same time? Are you wearing one of these:

or, perhaps, involving your Korean voodoo?

Laughing Good finding! What about just using a loooooong straw or using only one hand for typing~ Not so fun? Oh, I can even eat noodles at the same time, too. What can I not do?! Very Happy

Thanks. Again I don't mean to talk down to the OP because I've done the same thing plenty of times.

doggyji you're sounding like this girl I used to know who bragged about being able to eat, smoke a cigarette and talk on the cell phone while driving. Look out!
