No, I never complained about service to a manager. I once had somebody complain about me to my manager, though, and my manager took my side and told the guy he was an idiot and should shut up. Said twit got really mad and tried to punch my manager but was swarmed by our goons and dragged out and fed to the cops, who locked him up in a paddywagon.
The cops were there in force that night because we were having a big big show with several hundred very drunk university students in attendance, and they were too busy to take the wad down to the station so they just left him there. I walked by the paddywagon several hours later and he was still inside, banging on the door and screaming, rocking the van back and forth like the incarcerated steroid-monkey he was.
