That's funny, because I was on here during the 2004 election and don't recall anyone saying that. Both sides knew the election would be tight.
Do you care to provide some evidence or name names?
Or did you just make that up to suit your purposes? |
Funny because I was also on here during said election and certain people were saying that. No I'm not going to name names...you know very well that is frowned upon here. And that would just start a flame war...which you also know would happen. Nice try but I'm not going to fall for that. |

See, there are things called polls. The polls in 2004 showed the candidates neck and neck. What Mr. Conservative said is BS, but it suits your purposes to believe him, doesn't it?
. |
Who said anything about polls? I said "PEOPLE ON HERE" (posters). During the run-up to the election certain posters were saying that Kerry would win by a landslide. Now you may not have seen those threads or posts (Many were quickly deleted by the mods due to flaming) but that does not mean they did not exist.
You can not make the claim that what I said was BS unless you personally SAW AND MEMORIZED EVERY SINGLE THREAD AND POST RELATED TO THE 2004 ELECTION ON HERE.
You would have to have seen all of them in order to make the claim. And you would have had to memorize them in order to make the claim as well. Because if there was a chance you hadn't seen or forgotten them you could not make that above claim.
But you'd have had to live on here 24/7 to have seen and memorized them. Obviously that is not the case. So we can clearly see that the only one spouting BS is you...unless you are willing to concede that prehaps I saw a few posts that you may have overlooked or were deleted before you had a chance to view them? |

Two of the most useful indicators in American politics I've found to be are Pat Buchanan and Leftest (by far the majority) of ESL teachers in Korea.
With above-mentioned conservative politician and the latter group you can take whatever opinion they express, inverse it, and then come out with a reasonably accurate picture of what is actually going to happen. |
