I'd be more amused than anything. It does seem that westerners have much smellier feet than Koreans. I sometimes feel for them when we go out to restaurants where we have to sit on the floor and I can smell my own feet, wondering how much worse it must smell to them. But then if we weren't sitting on the fucking floor that wouldn't be a problem, would it?

You think? Well, a few weeks ago one of our students, a high school boy, came over for a (legal...let's not go there...) private lesson. the stench that lingered in the air more than reeked. I blamed the dog and repeatedly kicked her out of the room (she's a true pack-dog and kept sneaking in).

Only to find out after class that the culprit were our student's feet.

Nope, them Koreans smell narsty-like too, ya' know.

As for the OP's Q....no, don't be offended, but duly point out at every chance you get (it IS your duty as the ferner) that the students, K-teachers, WJn, and whomever else smell bad. C'mon, it's summer time....a ripe season for malodorous issues in confined spaces...oohhhhh, I'm getting hungry just thinkin' about it all!

!shoosh,

Ryst
