Anyways I wanted to know how can I transfer my current e2 visa to another employer? I mean transfer visa without having to leave country and apply all over again. Sending transcripts and degrees and crap like that. Is it posible??please help a brother out.....thanks in advance |

I thought most public schools will not give a LOR so I don't think it is possible for you to transfer your E2.
The big thing that jumps out of your post is that you realized they don't trust you and like you. Please give the details. |

| I have heard different things on that issue. But I have heard it is possible, with the schools permission. |

Same here.
Never been cleared up though.
Can someone give a clear answer on the following three scenarios
1) Finishing after one year but changing employer
2) Changing employer part way through a contract to another employer
3) Changing schools within one of the EPIK/GEPIK etc programs. |

New visa - visa run.
2) Changing employer part way through a contract to another employer
With the blessing of the 2 employers, simply file the paperwork and 60k won fee. Without the blessing of the first employer, not easy and sometimes not possible.
3) Changing schools within one of the EPIK/GEPIK etc programs.
With the blessing of the principals - easy. Without their blessing - sit on the beach in Thailand until your year is finished.

Without their blessing and goodwill there is NO transfer of visa.
The best you would get is a release and start again.
Most likely you will have to spend the time on the beach and then start again after the end of your year.
Japan and Taiwan are options in the meantime. |

| Does that mean though in theory nearing the end of a one year visa you could get a prospective employer and your new employer to transfer over? |

In theory, yes..... as long as your current visa did not expire.
In practice however, immigration usually (but not always) makes you get a new visa. |
