What do you think the radar return on a plastic RC airplane you can buy at Toys R Us is?

I dunno, however it would probably wouldn't fly if it were loaded with anything approaching serious explosives.

Tim McVeigh's truck was pretty heavy

to put this in perspective even South Korea can't manufacture high performance unmanned arial vehicles.

Depends on your definition of high performance. What I'm suggesting is the day will come soon when someone gets the idea to cobble together a small flying bomb from RC airplane parts that kills or injures the president at an outside function.

A small RC plane that gets past the Presidential counter-sniper team? Good luck.

Perhaps you have a good point . but it would not be anything approaching the power of a WMD

Security around the President is tight. I think the Secret Service has gotten a little better at their job since the attempted assassination of President Reagan.

Seriously, I don't think birds can even fly without the Secret Service knowing their exact location and vector.

An RC plane flying around without 500 yards of the President will be suspicious enough for the Secret Service to say "Mr. President, you better get inside".

Are we forgetting the plane(s?) that flew over the white house air space?
