OK I've been d/lding songs using limewire and transferring them into itunes to add to my ipod. In itunes some of the songs in the far left column have this (!) indicated and I cant seem to get those to transfer to my ipod
whats the deal with those songs? |

The could indicate that the file is no longer in the iTunes library. For instance, if you copy some songs from one folder to another, than the song will come up with because iTunes can't find it in the same spot anymore. |

may be a file format issue... i dont think that ipods will support .wma files, for instance. |

Agreed. If it can't find the original location, it will ask you if you want to search for it. You get it worked out?

OK thanks folks I got it figured out, iTunes couldnt locate the songs on my hd, had to do a search and find them and then tell iTunes where it was.
got all my songs on my h/d in my library now |
