00388 + int. #. You'll pay less than a local call from your handfon.

handfon? (phone)

Why do you use the korean word?

It's a mobile phone in English.

Cell phone in some countries.

I'm interested in the service the OP mentioned. I was asking a friend about it, he hadn't heard of it either, but he asked:
Does the w9,900 p/m include the cost of the mobile phone call to the discount carrier?
Anyone know?

The website says they have English speaking operators so you can give them a ring and see if the price includes the local per minute rate... If it does, it's an incredible deal as I use probably W30,000 a month in calling cards.

What's the deal with the 00388 + int. #? What's the rate per minute? I usually call the US and Japan... Thanks.

So does this mean that on top of the 9,900 won per month, you also have to pay for the phone call?

What kind of rates?[/quote]
