Im looking to buy a MacBook Pro in the coming weeks here in Korea and was wondering if there are any issues with changing the OS language to English?
Its an expensive piece of kit so I wouldnt want to lose OS functionality and lose features regarding the OS language change. |

when you buy the laptop the OS will be pre-installed in Korean. When you reinstall the OS though, it will give you the option of which language you want it installed in. There's like a list of 15 different languages...English included obviously.
If you're buying second hand from a private seller, make sure they include the OS X CD's/DVD. Without those you'll be stuck with whatever language they originally installed the OS in.
If you buy from a shop the CD's / DVD will be in the box so you'll have nothing to worry about.
Enjoy your new machine!
OS X rocks. |

| My MB Pro was in English. The first time you start it up it will ask you what language you want. |
