All I have here at work is livescore. WTF is going on man? It reads 45 minutes 0-0 then in Halftime it jumps up to 2-0 Damn I thought we were safely through the 1st half LOL.

hedjuk with a strike from outside the box....solid strike at the far left post..hit the inner post and in.
onstad, the keeper, took down beasley (tripped him with his arms outstretched) in the box. beasley had a 1 on 1 with him. donovan struck the PK down the middle. onstad guessed wrong |

had a few good chances in the middle of the first. had a ball go off the post and nash has been sending some nice balls in. the US's backline is very suspect today (and well, pretty much this whole tourney).
it should be on sopcast or one of the other p2p's. |

| US had a man sent off on 88 minutes. Into injury time, ball played in from about 20 yards, two Canadian players onside, ball deflected off US defender's head which Canadian player takes on the edge of the box and slots home. Looked onside to me. The Canadian players and coaches were absolutley fuming. The officials were soundly booed off the pitch. |

it was onsides. the ball came off of Gooch's head and went into the area and bam...canadian player struck it home. all with about 30 seconds left.
donovan had an epic whiff of a ball earlier right in front of the goal..was pretty sad. |

Pure comedy. To be fair, both sides, really, were pretty poor. A lot of route 1 football, poor touches and questionable fouls. It was like watching English 2nd division. |

yeah..the US backline has been suspect the whole tourney. never solid or seem to be playing together.
IMO, the forwards have been playing fine. donovan..even with the whiff, has been playing great...clint has been doing well as well.
michael bradley (guy that got the red card and coach's son) played a good game until that horrible decision to foul. |

| Man....big soccer matches are so few and far between they really should start an instant replay rule for important matches. What is the harm of allowing one team, once a game, to have a review of a play. I'm heartbroken if the game ended as described. |
