Dune (despite being science-fiction, it can teach us a lot about humans and our current situation. It is prophetic in many ways).

Steve Ditko and Stan Lee once taught me that with great power comes great responsibility.

See? How can you not learn from this?

"Myths of the Norse Men" Robert L. Green, taught me how much fun being a Norse god can be.

"Hitch Hikers Guide to the Universe" Douglas Adams, taught me that Earth is mostly harmless and that whales shouldn't try making friends when in free fall.

"Blind Watchmaker" Richard Dawkins, taught me how complexity can have very humble beginnings.

"Stumbling on Happiness" Daniel Gilbert, taught me... well not to be happy really, should have bought "Ping". But it did explain why so many people make mistakes when pursuing it.

Finished '"Stumbling on Happiness" about two weeks ago. A fascinating read for anybody exercising their right to 'the pursuit of happiness'.

Also read 'The Blind Watchmaker' an excellent antidote to the ideas of 'Intelligent Design'.
