And the couple got their court costs paid! Yay! Now if I were them I'd take that sorry sack to court for pain and suffering...

Just think though, if the case were reversed and it happened in Korea would the same result have been rendered?

Fortunately, few countries in the world have a legal system so avaricious as to permit such ridiculous civil suits to be brought. Common sense prevailed in this case, but for common sense to truly triumph, cases such as this would never be allowed to start.
