I know, many of you will sigh, so what..? But, is it her fault she was born rich? No!
It is her fault what she has chosen to do with her life.
What do you think she will do next?
Informal poll.
Will she smarten up and be a good citizen?
Become an even bigger sleeze? Or will she make more millions from her incarceration?
Please be kind. |

She'll carry on being a silly *beep*. Is that kind enough?
I see a drug overdose on the horizon. |

I'm impressed she was able to complete her entire sentence...the second time around. She has become the Marie Antoinette of the US, and really needs to do everything she can to distance herself from that image. |

I'm watching Larry King right now. They're talking about it. The Undersherriff of LA County is saying that her sentence is unprecedinted for her crime. For those that don't know, she was sentenced to 45 days for violating a her probation on a misdemeanor offence. (Driving on a suspended license).
I'm not going to make a judgement, but if the Sheriff says she got a raw deal, that's something to think about.
I'm all for giving people second chances. I hope she will come out a better person from this. Might be one of those life changing kick in the a$$ things that we all go through at some point. |

She has had a taste of jail...not prison...big difference....sure, she will do the right thing..for awhile...... and then revert back to her ways.
Has it changed her? I think not...not with 23 days in jail, but I'm sure she does not want to return!
Tom Sizemore, a movie "star" was sent to prison today in an unrelated case..
LOS ANGELES Tom Sizemore was sentenced Monday to 16 months in state prison by a judge who ruled the alleged discovery of methamphetamine in the actor's car had violated his probation in a previous drug case.
Sizemore "has been in every program, and here he is again," Superior Court Judge Cynthia Rayvis said.
He "abused the privilege of probation" and "needs to be in a lockdown setting," the judge said.
Rayvis recommended Sizemore be sent to the R.J. Donovan Correctional Facility in San Diego County because of its noteworthy drug treatment program.
Sizemore, whose screen credits include "Saving Private Ryan" and "Black Hawk Down," didn't speak during the hearing. He wore orange jail clothing.
Authorities arrested the 45-year-old actor in Bakersfield on May 8.
Sizemore's lawyer, Fay Arfa, argued that prison wouldn't help her client overcome his problem.
She said Sizemore had "literally fallen from stardom, sitting in a jail cell by himself" and wants to recover.
Martin Sheen, who starred on TV's "The West Wing," attended the hearing in support of Sizemore.
"I don't think prison is appropriate for anyone who is in the grip of drug and alcohol abuse," he said outside court. Even so, Sheen said Sizemore could be successful in a prison drug rehab program.
Sizemore was arrested last month with another suspect. In court papers, Deputy District Attorney Sean Carney alleged that Sizemore violated his probation by being under the influence of methamphetamine, opiates and marijuana, possessing methamphetamine and possessing drug paraphernalia.
Sizemore faces up to six years in prison if convicted of all the charges. He has been in jail without bail since June 5, when he surrendered on a warrant alleging he had violated his probation.
The actor was due back in court Tuesday for a hearing on whether he will be credited for time he's spent in live-in drug rehabilitation.
Sizemore was convicted in 2003 of domestic violence involving his ex-girlfriend, former Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss. He remained free pending an appeal.
In October 2004, he pleaded guilty to a felony count of possession of a controlled substance identified as methamphetamine and was placed on probation. The probation was revoked in 2005 when Sizemore was caught using a prosthetic device during a drug test.
His probation was later reinstated, but he tested positive for drug use last year and was given another three years' probation, authorities said. |

I think she'll do just as said she was going to do - try to find better ways to live her life. If she became a Christian while on the inside, her life will be changed radically. What she was doing before became boring and she sought a deeper meaning for her life. I'm sure she will succeed. |
Uh...
How do you know she's not Christian already? |

Mr. Racetraitor makes a good point.
The problem with commentary is that many folks do not know who a person is or what they believe.
Is Paris a silly girl? Well, she has done some silly things, but perhaps she will
change after a stint in jail.
I suspect many people are angry and resentful of her because she was born with money. That does not make her a target. Her actions in the media do make her a target. But, she is still young. She could change.
Not everyone who has money abuses the privilege.
Some who are born with money still go out and earn their own living. How many of you had a head start from the folks??? |

If you don't want to comment on Paris then move on.
Many people in the world are interested in her. The major news outlets are all over the story. She will be on Larry King Live soon. |

I think it's an important story now, unfortunately. It's all about whether the rich abide have a different justice system than we have. |

Paris grandfather, Conrad Hilton was an American entrepreneur.
John Lennon and Yoko Ono held their first Bed-In for Peace between March 25 and March 31, 1969 at the Amsterdam Hilton in Room 702. This room has become a popular tourist destination. |
