saw that thread on Dreamgirls and wondered if Grindhouse the double feature from Rodriguez and Tarantino had hit Korea yet?

I read somewhere that it's still on the way.

Unfortunately they're spliting it into two seperate movies for the international release but I don't know if that means it'll be listed as "Death Proof" and "Planet Terror" at the box office.

Are you serious? That's absurd and pisses me off.

Great flick, though. Really, I think the Rodriguez one was better than Tarantino's, although both were good. Bonus: lots of tittays in the films and fake trailers.

It's a site full of illegal downloads. You need a vehicle in which to download torrents, such as DC++ or Utorrent

The only bad thing I see about this is what are they going to do about the awesome trailers preceeding and an between the two movies?? Will they have them before each movie maybe? Other than that, I wish they'd've done that here, too. It would have saved me sitting through "Death Proof" which is the worst movie ever made period and even worse when you consider that it is coming from such a great director. "Planet Terror" on the hand, is positively awesome. I just hope they have the trailers with it for you guys.

"Illegal" is such a harsh word...maybe "Illegitimate" or "Free" would be better? Wink

That depends on what you mean by bad... If you mean cheesy writing and acting, bad film quality, bad special effects, etc then yes, they are supposed to be that way. "Planet Terror" captures this spirit perfectly.

If you mean so poorly written that I'm going to shoot myself if I ever have to sit through it again because it's inane and goes nowhere and is obviously just Quinton doing an homage to himself like "Death Proof," then no, I don't think that was the intent.
