Agreed. It's a group operating in the public eye. It's doing nothing different from what free trade negotiators do or standards bodies do. And worse, the author is quote mining to support his point (ie the bit about a common currency). For my own part, I find nothing terrible about their goal. I wouldn't mind seeing Canada and the USA merged and the American dollar adopted. |
